On Thursday, March 31, guests celebrated Fifth + Broadway's one-year anniversary with a party at The Twelve Thirty Club rooftop.
Attendees mixed and mingled, sipped specialty cocktails, and listened to tunes from DJ Marissa Sardar and DJ Austin. Sushi was served and special anniversary installations were placed around the rooftop. Fifth + Broadway branded hats were given as gifts.
Fifth + Broadway is one of the largest single mixed-use developments in the history of Nashville and the state of Tennessee. The transformative downtown project, which replaced the 6.2-acre Nashville Convention Center site, houses retail and entertainment sites, the National Museum for African American Music, office space, and 386 residential units. Since opening in March of 2021, Fifth + Broadway has had more than 15 million visits to the property.
